Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike, Great Value! in my opinion

The yesterday. I search for information on the Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike, so i would like to describe here.


This bike is a Supreme. just walk into any sporting goods store and easily $ 400 or more for a -1000 similar motorbike. I'm not an expert, I haven't been to a gym or ymca. actually I had never been on a spin before you buy. When I was looking for, was down to this model, the ProForm 290 SPX or Indoor Cycle Trainer. at the time-was about $ 4 difference in two motorcycles. If you look online, view the proform gets very high scores, so why did I order the sunny? It was only the color (the proform is black)? If you look at both, both have over 100 reviews, and both are solidly positive. I think came down there are "other" reviews on sunny, and average 4-5 star reviews was superior on proform. Maybe it was just paint and large Silver Star pattern on the flywheel? .... I digress the box is large, prob 40 "x 35" or AC and 110 pounds! -Yes it's heavy, but you want a stable bike with flywheel # 40, must be heavy. When you open the box, the main frame and flywheel are fixed in one piece. the bike is mounted to narrow "feet" for transport. you have removed those feet and install temporary wider legs (which already have the front wheels for moving and connected under the adjustable feet for leveling)-I would like to remind you that these 4 screws you cancel (allen with tool included) are not reused-you get more ones (Silver) to be replaced when new legs. This is 4 of your total 6 screws. installing the seat (already attached to the bracket) for seat post, it's just a matter of unscrewing the knob, then pulling the knob (spring) and pushing down. the recumbant bike was delivered promptly and has not been damaged. my nephew has put together for me in less than 2 hours. all parts were there and fitted perfectly.

Review Sunny Health & Fitness Belt Drive Indoor Cycling, Quiet, Solid, a Great Value

The previous week. I search for information on the Sunny Health & Fitness Belt Drive Indoor Cycling Bike, Grey, so i have to tell.


I am an avid spinner, 3-4 times a week. I really like the belt drive. It is very quiet. I'm 6 ' 2 "and I found the adjustments and settings very good and similar to bikes of group class that I used. I would not recommend this bike if you need more regulations for handle bars. handle bars only move up and down. I haven't had a problem with comfort with this feature. the assembly was very easy and fast. However, the factory was not successfully installed the tension knob. I spend a lot of time to figure out how to solve this problem and the manual did not come with manual problems tips. I was able to resolve the problem, finally, and it runs smooth. for home use, I think this is a decent solid bike. I would like the tension knob was more sensitive to changes. spin class only requires 1/4 while movements this adjustment requires full ride bike. spin bike and adjustments are however highly personal. find the right one to fit all is very difficult.

The few days ago. I search for information on the Exerpeutic 900XL Extended Capacity Recumbent Bike with Pulse, so i would like to describe here.


I am in the middle of a program of diet and exercise and I've been sick to get a recumbent exercise bike from the beginning. I'm keeping a blog about my weight loss and spoken several times. my parents took note of it and this bought for me for Christmas 2011. I was really excited when I got it home and put together. It assembled very well; It is straight-forward enough that for the most part still need directions. I used them anyway, even if only for posterity. It lasted about an hour and a half, maybe two hours to do from me and it would have been faster if I had been a little more organized (half that time was spent trying to find my tools back after you move to the next part). It is very quiet, and the voltage settings are easily adjustable. the seat is comfortable enough, and as you have the adjusters tightened does not make any noise while you ride. the display is fairly straightforward; Show the current distance, elapsed time, the current heart rate, mph and how many calories you've burned for training. It also keeps a running count of your total distance. It has no fancy program or nothing, it is only when you start cycling. so why is it more like a real motorcycle. --only and drive! The only problem I have is that by adjusting the seat takes a little getting used to. There are three support legs to the seat and I've yet to be able to adapt without fully unscrew and putting them back in. I'm sure it's just a learning curve thing though and really doesn't take away from the experience at all. to make a long story short, I had a great time with this bike so far and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive bikes.

A few days before. I'm looking for information on the Schwinn A10 Upright Bike, so i have to tell.


It took me less than an hour to assemble my Schwinn A10, but it was pretty easy to do, even by me. the instructions are clear and easy to follow. and this device is worth it. It's a nice exercise bike, with a stocky build and a lot of features! With heart rate monitoring in-handle, a comfortable seat height adjustment and an electronic console with a wide range of presets and as much flexibility as you need, is a great addition to any home gym.

The previous week. I'm looking for information on the SurfShelf Treadmill Desk: Laptop and iPad Holder, so i would like to describe here.


the Surf is an exercise equipment attachment that allows the user to safely use your laptop while you work out. It is very versatile because it can be connected to a treadmill, an exercise bike, a treadmill or an elliptical machine. I bought specifically for my treadmill. Basically, it's a plastic shelf in a 100% polycarbonate, the same stuff used to make bulletproof glass ", designed to hold up to 15 pounds. it comes in two pieces with three bands (two 6 "and 5" with Velcro) and a bevy of instructions allow you to attach to your machine. one or two straps are used for fastening to the machine while the Velcro is used to protect your laptop in place on the shelf. other features: * air vents to keep your laptop cool * see through panels to see console * adjustable angle * easy to remove and transport it took longer to set up than I expected (about 20 minutes) but I have no doubt that I could move it to another without any problem. the Surf shelf is designed to fit most machines "past and present" and while it fits my car, which is about eight years old, are locked the controls essential. the instructions offered a work-around for this, but my car has an embarrassing console design. but I was able to develop my work around that I don't find it too awkward compared to the benefit of having this attachment. It was surprisingly easy to walk and Twitter or checking your email or reading a book by email or watching a movie. homework is definitely easier during the heating phase, but I had no problem doing tasks such as typing short messages and read while you move a little faster. This is a great product for the bike with Rod holder ac but they make you buy batteries. the producer wanted $ 40 for one of these. This thing works great. no more batteries for me!

A couple of days ago. I search for information on the Rebel Treadmill 1000 For Use With Standing Treadmill Desk, so i would like to describe here.


I spent most of the fall search Walking treadmill and it seemed that most of the products offered were too big for my office space (9 x 9). I was so excited when I came across the rebel 1000 front desk. the specifications were perfect! I called and spoke with someone at the counter rebel with all my questions. as "how long you can walk on RD1000 per day and how long will it Last? Mainly I my questions from all my research and other treadmill walking say this is good for 3-4 hours a day so if you pay $ 300 more, you can get one that is good for 8 hours a day. She was very friendly and told me that it is difficult to know how long your treadmill will last because there are so many other factors like body weight ranging into the equation. He also told me that they had a great guarantee and a guarantee of 30 day money back guarantee and that the RD1000 had the same engine as the contestant. I was sold. My treadmill arrived via UPS within two weeks and had a hole in the corner of the. It can occur with large packets but commented on how well the product was full and that there should be no problem because of that, said the UPS guy. I looked in the hole and sure enough there was enough packing around my RD1000 that there was not a scratch. set was so beautiful, super easy to take it out of the box, plug in, tighten some screws and put the silicone on the belt and I was good to go. I was walking now for about 3 weeks and up. I was lucky enough to have a handy husband who did my desk walk and sitting so walk an average of 5 hours per day and stand and sit the other times. I was so amazed at how easy it is to take phone calls and type while walking. I have been tracking and do between 4-7 miles per day. I finally feel like my butt is not broadcast but shrinking. rebel was amazing to deal with and I like the product.

I wasn't sure when I ordered this if it would work with my Diamondback Recumbent bike. I was glad to see that it works and it works well. There was some initial confusion after ordering that wasn't in stock, but somehow came to me within two weeks which is good if it wasn't in stock. so I recommend this seller.
