The yesterday. I search for information on the Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike, so i would like to describe here.
This bike is a Supreme. just walk into any sporting goods store and easily $ 400 or more for a -1000 similar motorbike. I'm not an expert, I haven't been to a gym or ymca. actually I had never been on a spin before you buy. When I was looking for, was down to this model, the ProForm 290 SPX or Indoor Cycle Trainer. at the time-was about $ 4 difference in two motorcycles. If you look online, view the proform gets very high scores, so why did I order the sunny? It was only the color (the proform is black)? If you look at both, both have over 100 reviews, and both are solidly positive. I think came down there are "other" reviews on sunny, and average 4-5 star reviews was superior on proform. Maybe it was just paint and large Silver Star pattern on the flywheel? .... I digress the box is large, prob 40 "x 35" or AC and 110 pounds! -Yes it's heavy, but you want a stable bike with flywheel # 40, must be heavy. When you open the box, the main frame and flywheel are fixed in one piece. the bike is mounted to narrow "feet" for transport. you have removed those feet and install temporary wider legs (which already have the front wheels for moving and connected under the adjustable feet for leveling)-I would like to remind you that these 4 screws you cancel (allen with tool included) are not reused-you get more ones (Silver) to be replaced when new legs. This is 4 of your total 6 screws. installing the seat (already attached to the bracket) for seat post, it's just a matter of unscrewing the knob, then pulling the knob (spring) and pushing down.
