The previous week. I search for information on the Sunny Health & Fitness Belt Drive Indoor Cycling Bike, Grey, so i have to tell.

I am an avid spinner, 3-4 times a week. I really like the belt drive. It is very quiet. I'm 6 ' 2 "and I found the adjustments and settings very good and similar to bikes of group class that I used. I would not recommend this bike if you need more regulations for handle bars. handle bars only move up and down. I haven't had a problem with comfort with this feature. the assembly was very easy and fast. However, the factory was not successfully installed the tension knob. I spend a lot of time to figure out how to solve this problem and the manual did not come with manual problems tips. I was able to resolve the problem, finally, and it runs smooth. for home use, I think this is a decent solid bike. I would like the tension knob was more sensitive to changes. spin class only requires 1/4 while movements this adjustment requires full ride bike. spin bike and adjustments are however highly personal. find the right one to fit all is very difficult.
